Shipping and Delivery
RUNSOX works with CTT portuguese post and InPost, a leading parcel delivery company specializing in non-domiciliary deliveries, ensuring quality service, fast deliveries*, shipping insurance, reduced costs, and parcel tracking from origin to destination.
The standard CTT Registered Mail service consists of home delivery with placement in the mailbox (parcels up to 100g) or hand delivery (over 100g) or eventual collection at a CTT post office, in case delivery to the destination address is impossible.
The service standard InPost involves sending the order to a Pack Point or Locker near the customer's address. This service is available in mainland Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume, delivery location, and destination country. Prices shown include VAT.

Delivery within 24 to 48 hours is normally guaranteed for orders placed and paid for by 2 PM, for all products in stock and CTT deliveries in mainland Portugal. Specifically for Madeira and the Azores, the standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. With InPost service, delivery is normally provided within 2 to 3 business days.
Like most stores, RUNSOX works with its own inventory as well as the inventory of the respective brands, which is usually made available within 24 to 72 hours.

The standard service used for international shipments is International Blue Mail, which includes tracking , priority handling, individual control, and proof of shipment. With InPost service, international delivery is typically guaranteed within 3 to 5 business days.
