Exchanges, returns and refunds
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. The process is simple and transparent.
Returned items must present intact packaging and products, without evidence of use and showing all leaflets and labels. Used or tried articles or items out of stock that imply specific requests to the supplier cannot be exchanged or returned.
For postal shipment, you must properly protect the items and attach a proof of purchase (invoice or email) and an information note on whether you want to exchange the items or return and refund the value of the products, and send to:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the products and with the decision to approve or reject the refund, with the necessary justifications.
The refund applies exclusively to the value of the products purchased, without postage, and will be made through the payment method used in the purchase process, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and Runsox, within a maximum period of 7 days after the return of the products. and will be immediately communicated to the Customer's email.
The cost of shipping the returned items is at the expense of the Customer.
If you send a high value product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (eg CTT registered mail) and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
